These Terms govern all services provided by HALONEN FLOU LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Services Covered by These Terms

We provide educational and consulting services related to music development, including coaching sessions, planning support, and written strategic guidance. Services are delivered remotely unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

3. What You Are Purchasing

You are purchasing professional time, expertise, and documented guidance. You are not purchasing guaranteed results such as specific follower counts, stream counts, bookings, income, or platform placement outcomes.

4. Eligibility and Account Information

By purchasing, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method provided. You agree to provide accurate contact and billing information and to keep that information current.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Payment Methods

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods may include card and ACH/eCheck through approved payment partners.
  • One-time plans are charged at purchase.
  • Daily subscription plans are billed daily while active and continue until canceled. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested in writing before the next billing day begins.
  • Taxes, if applicable, are the client’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

6. Service Delivery and Scheduling

  • Delivery starts after successful payment and receipt of required onboarding details.
  • Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
  • Missed sessions without required notice may be considered delivered.
  • If client delays exceed 30 calendar days, we may close or reschedule the engagement.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Provide requested materials and responses needed for delivery.
  • Implement recommendations at your own discretion and risk.
  • Use services lawfully and professionally.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. No Guarantee Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, audience, or platform outcomes. Outcomes depend on client execution, market conditions, third-party systems, and factors outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, frameworks, templates, and know-how. Upon full payment, you may use deliverables provided to you for your internal business or personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute our materials without written permission.

11. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing or service issue, you agree to contact us first at support@halonenflou.com and provide your order reference, so we can attempt good-faith resolution before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for services already delivered or while a support resolution is in progress may be considered a breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HALONEN FLOU LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for abusive conduct, fraud, non-payment, or misuse of our materials. You may stop using services at any time, subject to the refund and cancellation terms in the Refund Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and relevant state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective on posting. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
