Refund Policy
Effective date: April 17, 2026.
This Policy applies to all services sold by HALONEN FLOU LLC.
1. Policy Overview
Because our services involve scheduled professional time and customized guidance, refunds are limited and conditional. This policy is designed to be clear, strict, and consistent for all clients.
2. One-Time Plans
- Eligible for full refund: request submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before any service delivery has started.
- Not refundable: once any delivery has started, including but not limited to strategy calls, coaching calls, reviewed materials, written recommendations, roadmap creation, or any custom work.
- Partial refunds: not offered unless required by law.
3. Daily Subscription Plans
- Daily subscription plans are billed per active billing day.
- You may cancel future billing at any time by emailing support@halonenflou.com.
- Cancellation stops future charges only. Charges already processed are non-refundable unless required by law.
- To avoid the next daily charge, cancellation must be received before the next billing cycle begins.
4. Missed Sessions and Client Delays
- Missed sessions without required notice are non-refundable.
- Client inactivity, late responses, or failure to submit required materials does not create refund eligibility.
- Rescheduling is offered when operationally feasible but is not guaranteed.
5. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized, contact us within 7 calendar days at support@halonenflou.com and include your order reference and transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
Send an email to support@halonenflou.com with:
- Full name used at checkout
- Order reference
- Purchase date
- Reason for request
We review requests against this policy and respond in writing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
7. Chargeback Notice
Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us first for resolution. Filing chargebacks for delivered services or while a good-faith support resolution is active may be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. The version posted on this website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
